По традиции на выставке E3 происходит награждение игр. В Game Critics Awards входят 17 категорий, в которых номинируются представленные на выставке игры. Нынче было представлено много хороших игр, в том числе, игр Nintendo.
Итальянский водопроводчик стал победителем в пяти номинациях. Этот герой не теряет популярности, несмотря на то, что мы знакомы с ним уже не первый год. В категории "Best of Show", помимо "Super Mario Odyssey", были отмечены "Assassin’s Creed: Origins", "Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle", "Middle-Earth Shadow of War" и "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus".
